Dans ce role, vous assurerez le lien entre les oprations en atelier et lingnierie en analysant les rparations structurales, en ralisant des valuations de contraintes et en collaborant directement avec lquipe MRB prsente sur les aronefs.

Il sagit dun rle de liaison technique sur site 5 jours par semaine.

Quelles sont les principales responsabilits ? En tant que membre de l''quipe Liaison, vous analysez et statuez sur les non-conformits de cabine et de structure daronefs des programmessouleves lors des activits de finition, des essais en vol et de la livraison aux clients.

Collaborer avec les quipes des Oprations, des Mthodes et de la Qualit, et leur fournir un soutien technique.

Consulter les spcialistes(Performances de vol, Calcul de structure, Inflammabilit, Systmes et autres) afin dassurer la rsolution optimale des problmatiques.

Collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour les composants qui ne relvent pas de lautorit de conception du manufacturier.

Interprter les dessins dingnierie, les spcifications techniques et les manuels daronefs.

Veiller au respect rigoureux de lintention de conception lors du remplacement, de la remise en conformit ou de lacceptation darticles non conformes.

Participer au comit dintgrit des produits (Product Integrity Committee).

Anticiper les besoins et exigences des clients finaux et en tenir compte dans les dcisions techniques.

Comment russir dans ce rle ? Vous dtenez un baccalaurat en gnie mcanique ou en gnie arospatial ainsi quau moins 5 ans dexprience pertinente.

Une formation technique combine une exprience pertinente dans le domaine arospatial sera galement considre.

Vous avez la volont et la capacit dobtenir une dlgation MRB (Material Review Board)



en ingnierie aprs une priode de formation en milieu de travail.

La dtention actuelle dune dlgation MRB constitue un atout.

Vous possdez une bonne connaissance des amnagements de cabine, des structures daronefs mtalliques et composites, ainsi que de linstallation des systmes aronautiques.

Vous avez de lexprience dans le traitement et la disposition des non-conformits dans le secteur arospatial, ce qui constitue un atout.

Vous tes un joueur dquipe reconnu pour votre esprit de collaboration.

Vous faites preuve de flexibilit et tes laise de travailler sous pression avec un minimum de supervision.

Vous dmontrez un bon jugement technique et une approche pratique de rsolution de problmes.

Vous possdez dexcellentes aptitudes en communication orale et crite en anglais.

La matrise du franais constitue un atout important.

Vous savez naviguer et consulter des maquettes numriques dingnierie dans CATIA V5. ENGLISH: For one of our clients, a major aircraft manufacturer based in Montreal, we are seeking a Liaison Engineer.

In this role, you will serve as the link between shop-floor operations and engineering by analyzing structural repairs, performing stress assessments, and working directly with the MRB team on the aircraft.

This is an on-site technical liaison role requiring presence in the office five days per week.

As a member of the Liaison Engineering team, you will: Analyze and disposition cabin and aircraft structural nonconformities identified during completion activities,



flight testing, and aircraft delivery to customers.

Collaborate with Operations, Methods, and Quality teams while providing technical support.

Consult with engineering specialists (Flight Sciences, Stress, Flammability, Systems, and others) to ensure optimal resolution of technical issues.

Work with suppliers on components that fall outside the manufacturer''s design authority.

Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and aircraft manuals.

Ensure strict adherence to design intent when replacing, reworking, or accepting nonconforming items.

Participate in the Product Integrity Committee.

Anticipate end-customer needs and requirements and incorporate them into technical decision-making.

What you bring: Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. A technical degree combined with significant aerospace experience will also be considered.

Ability and willingness to obtain Engineering MRB (Material Review Board) delegation following a period of on-the-job training.

Existing MRB delegation is considered a strong asset.

Strong knowledge of aircraft cabin interiors, metallic and composite aircraft structures, and aircraft systems installation.

Experience with the disposition of aerospace nonconformities is considered an asset.

Strong team player with a team-oriented mindset.

Flexible and comfortable working under pressure with minimal supervision.

Sound technical judgment and a practical problem-solving approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

French language proficiency is a significant asset.

Proficiency in navigating and reviewing engineering mock-ups using CATIA V5.
