As a Drive-Through Service Attendant at Bruce Honda, you are the welcoming face and first point of contact for our service customers.

You will play a crucial role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and memorable customer experience from the moment a vehicle enters our store.

Key Responsibilities Customer Reception & Hospitality: Warmly greet customers upon arrival in the service drive, ensuring they feel welcomed immediately.

Direct customer traffic in the drive-through lane to maintain a secure, clean, and organized flow of vehicles.

Take/make calls to book customers for appointments.

Vehicle Intake & Preparation: Perform initial vehicle check-ins by recording kilometres, and basic vehicle condition (with pictures and video).

Alignment checks and MPIs(Basic multi point inspections) Advise and recommend customers of Due Maintenance items.

Place protective coverings when required(disposable seat covers, floor mats, steering wheel wraps) in vehicles prior to service.

Complete peace of mind checks on vehicles and top up basic fluids. (washer Fluid) Service Department Support: Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to notify them of arriving appointments and drive-in arrivals.

Direct customers to the service advisor for any and all questions relating to the appointments or diagnoses of specific issues.

Assist with general service drive maintenance, keeping the area tidy, hazard-free, and presentable.





Key Qualifications Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record (ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is an asset).

Competent in using a tablet and computer.

Friendly, approachable, and eager to help customers.

Comfortable working on your feet and outdoors/in service bays in varying weather conditions.

Strong teamwork skills, factual, punctual, and organized.

No prior automotive experience required but would be a positive.
