Job Description A Pizza Maker is responsible for producing roman-style pizza alla pala in accordance with our authentic Italian recipes.

Reports to the Bakery & Pala Lead.

Prepares pizzas according to specific recipes Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area according to Department of Health standards Works towards mastering all shifts in pizza production Assists Sales Associates if needed and engages with guests interested in learning about pizza production Performs other duties as required or assigned Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a back of house production position Good work ethic, communication and time management skills Job Requirements Availability to work onsite with a flexible,
