Tasks Participate in updating and optimizing budget planning and Life of Mine (LOM).
Develop and analyze risks and opportunities related to long-term strategic scenarios.
Act as a Qualified Person (QP) for the approval of mineral reserves.
Participate in the implementation of applicable laws, regulations, standards, and procedures.
Support engineering in defining secure and efficient mining methods.
Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues.
Coordinate the work of external consultants and contractors.
Contribute to technical studies.
Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and procedures.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Member of the Ordre des ingnieurs du Qubec (OIQ).
Valid general explosives permit.
Completed FMTM modules (1 to 5 and 7).
Desired profile Strong project management skills.

Strong understanding of health and safety standards (RSSM).
