Your responsibilities will include: Assisting clients with personal care, bathing, grooming,



and hygiene Preparing nutritious meals Performing light housekeeping duties Providing companionship and emotional support Accompanying clients on outings and appointments Assisting with shopping and errands Providing medication reminders and assistance as permitted Supporting safe mobility, ambulation, and client transfers Following individualized care plans Completing accurate documentation and charting after each visit What We''re Looking For We''re seeking caring professionals who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional client care.
