Our Client is looking for an SAP Manager, Delivery of HR Products to join on a permanent basis.

Start: ASAP (and after getting security clearance from OPG) Location: Oshawa, ON Work Arrangement: 5 days per week onsite Salary: $130K - $145k max + bonus + defined advantages pension Security Clearance: Required, initiated by the end client ROLE Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Delivery - HR Products, this position is responsible to leverage deep functional knowledge of business requirements and SAP systems to understand customer needs, providing strategic advice on SAP platforms, modules, and managing initiative execution, development cycles, and IT daily operations for product delivery.

Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution while collaborating with the SAP/ERP team for optimal solutions. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Oversee and manage both the functional and technical aspects of the SAP/ERP team, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical execution.

Act as a bridge between business needs and IT, leveraging functional knowledge of SAP to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions, while providing technical guidance.

Provide technical advice and expertise, without performing hands-on configuration or coding, for SAP platforms and modules, while staying up-to-date on emerging SAP trends.

Lead and manage the HR IT function (SAP/ERP and Custom Applications), ensuring the smooth integration of SAP systems with financial processes and providing performance management to maintain optimal team operations.

Foster strong customer relationships by owning the business management experience, leveraging leadership, people, and co Lead and support the SAP/ERP team in a unionized environment, ensuring compliance with labor agreements while driving team performance and fostering a collaborative, positive work culture.



QUALIFICATIONS 4 year Bachelors Degree with some technical background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related function Over 7 years of related working experience Strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects of SAP/ERP systems, including experience with SAP Success

Factors, Employee Central and Payroll modules and S/4 HANA& SAP ECC platforms.

Some experience with EAM, SCM, CloudALM, Signavio, LeanIX, Field

Glass, and Ariba would be an asset.

Ability tobridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, with proven experience in translating business needs into effective SAP system implementations.

Knowledge of HR and HCM principles, with a strong understanding of HR reporting and compliance requirements.

Experience providing strategic technical guidance and advice on SAP systems without hands-on configuration or coding, ensuring continuous improvement and staying current with emerging SAP trends.

Deep understanding of integrating SAP with HR processes and systems, with a focus on optimizing IT solutions for HR operations and performance management.

Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills, with experience in managing teams in a unionized environment and fostering a positive, collaborative work culture.

Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver high-quality service, leveraging business management experience and people skills to drive satisfaction and meet organizational goals.

Familiarity with

Agile, Dev

Ops, and modern IT product management methodologies.

Understandingof IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and HR industry regulations (PII) (including audits and SoD rules).

Experience withcloud-based SAP solutions and integrations with other enterprise systems.

Nice to have should have some quality assurance and testing experience related to Tosca Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
