Our client, a well-established and respected organization within the construction materials and aggregate industry, is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to join their growing team in the Fraser Valley.

Reporting to the Operations team, the Dispatch Coordinator will play an important role in ensuring efficient scheduling, communication, and coordination of daily deliveries while providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and delivery requirements.

Communicate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, changes, and priorities.

Monitor delivery timelines and proactively address scheduling challenges.

Coordinate with customers, sales teams,



and operations to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Enter and maintain dispatch information, delivery records, and related documentation.

Prepare daily reports and update tracking systems.

Assist with coordinating trucks, equipment, and resources based on operational needs.

Monitor driver availability and support productive utilization of fleet resources.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates regarding deliveries.

Maintain accurate records related to orders, dispatch activity, and completed deliveries.

Support problem-solving when unexpected issues arise, including delays, changes, or last-minute requests.

Work closely with operations, drivers, and management to maintain a high level of service.

Follow company safety policies and support a strong safety-first culture.
