Come see what makes us differentyoull love being part of our team! Job Summary As a Personal Support Worker/Caregiver , youll play a key role in improving the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support.

Reporting to the Care Coordinator, youll deliver services that meet each clients unique needs in a safe and caring environment.

Current client needs 12 hour day shifts 7 days a week.

We are looking to hire 2-3 caregivers that would split 7 days.

Location: Bloor & avenue.

Shifts available: 8am-8pm (7 days a week).

Responsibilities Assist with morning and evening care routines .

Meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a comfortable home environment.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Assist clients with ambulation, outings,



and errands .

Support with medication reminders and basic health tasks.

Follow and update care plans as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation and charting .

Help clients manage daily activities with care and dignity.

Qualifications Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (e.g., foreign-trained nurse, nursing student with at least one year of training).

Current CPR/First Aid Certification .

Clear Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening) or willingness to obtain one.

Negative TB test or chest X-ray.

Reliable internet access and a mobile phone.

Experience with Dementia/Alzheimers care is an asset.
