Your scope includes: Leading and developing a unionized shipping team while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement Coordinating daily shipping operations to ensure on-time delivery and smooth plant flow Monitoring inventory accuracy and ensuring alignment between production and logistics Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize shipping performance Collaborating with production, customer service,
