In this role, youll be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay and ensuring they leave with a lasting positive impression.

What Youll Do Warmly welcome guests on arrival and departure Assist with luggage and escort guests to their rooms while explaining hotel features Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles Share knowledge about our hotel services and local attractions Deliver packages, amenities, or messages to guest rooms Help keep our lobby, bell desk, and driveway organized and welcoming Work closely with Front Desk, Concierge, and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service What Were Looking For Experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset, but a great attitude goes a long way Valid Class 5 drivers license with a clean record (must be comfortable driving both automatic and manual vehicles) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, polished appearance and a genuine desire to help people Ability to lift luggage and remain active throughout your shift Knowledge of local attractions is a plus Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Youll Love It Here Be part of a team that values professionalism, teamwork,

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work workplace is a hotel setting, which has the following conditions: medium-high noise environment; high traffic area for internal guests, exposure to moving parts and equipment such as vacuum, steam cleaner, washer, and dryer.

Exposure to chemicals.

Frequently working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment.

Exposure to sharps and biohazards.
