Ce poste est responsable de la rparation et de lentretien de lquipement lourd (Construction et Foresterie) et des accessoires sur les chantiers.

Tches et responsabilits valuer ltat de fonctionnement, diagnostiquer, assembler/dmonter, commander des pices et rparer lquipement lourd Utiliser les outils et lquipement de faon scuritaire et efficace Utiliser des instruments, des outils manuels et lectriques, de lquipement secondaire et des systmes informatiques connexes Documentez de manire prcise et complte, sur les bons de travail, toutes les informations sur la machine, les actions prises et le temps pass valuer les risques lis aux tches de maintenance et sassurer que le travail soit effectu en toute scurit etconformment aux normes acceptes Utiliser des applications informatiques et des systmes dinformation (c.--d.

This position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of construction and forestry based equipment and attachments in a shop environment.

Duties and Responsibilities Efficiently and effectively evaluate the working condition of, diagnose, assemble/disassemble, order parts for, and repair heavy duty equipment Use secondary materials and equipment safely and efficiently Use related instruments, hand and power tools, secondary equipment, and computer systems Accurately and completely document on work orders all machine information, actions taken, and time taken Continually assess service task hazards and ensure work is performed safely, and to accepted standards Use computer applications and information systems (i.e.

John Deere Service Advisor) to document maintenance, inspection, and diagnosis Use parts catalogues to locate parts, and order parts from parts personnel Road test equipment and check attachment operation as required Required Skills Must have the ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, the service team, and branch personnel Must be able to meet physical demands (heavy lifting up to 50 lb, climbing, overhead lifting/postures, prolonged standing, sensory processing, fine motor control) Required Experience Previous mechanical experience in a heavy equipment environment is preferred Certified Journeyperson in the Heavy Duty Equipment technician trade or equivalent designated trade preferred Must be committed to customer service and service excellence #LI-onsite Required Skills Outstanding knowledge of mechanical,electrical,hydraulic systems and propane systems.

Demonstrated diagnostic skills to understand mechanical and electrical systems of battery and engine powered material handling equipment.

Experience with the use of hand tools and measuring devices,

Knowledge and experience with industrial equipment that includes lifting / rigging, maintaining, dismantling, and installing machinery and industrial mechanical service equipment.

Exposure to aligning equipment, using dial indicators/calipers, micrometers, hoists or jacks is a plus.

Strongtime-management skillsto perform effectivelyunder pressure.

Robust communication skills,showinganappreciation of customer needs.

Trade qualification(Heavy Equipment, Agriculture, Automotive, Truck/Transport)considered an asset Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. A commitment to high quality customer service with a strong people orientation.
