Job Title: Financial Analyst Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Duration: + Months with possible extension Daily Responsibilities: Daily activities include consolidating financial data, financial modeling, running variance analysis (actuals versus budget), and collaborating with department heads to share latest updates, reporting and monthly slide decks, liaise with them on Finance timelines.

Must have Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral & written, with good interpersonal skills in order to establish relationships across all levels of the enterprise.

Experience in financial reporting & analysis and cost management.

Experience using metrics, KPIs and cost/value drivers in performance management Strong technical skills including MS Office Suite (Excel, Power

Point, etc.) Experience with unique financial systems such as EPM (IBM Cognos) Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills Curious and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Comfortable dealing with incomplete information, uncertainty and change Nice to have skills:



Knowledge and understanding of Retail/Business products and services and Banks operations Knowledge on calculation and drivers of staff costs, including pension & benefits Knowledge of cost allocations and internal management chargeouts Prior experience providing direct support to executives, senior business leaders B.
