Howyouwilldoit: This skilled position involves troubling shooting and repairing installed systems.
Including panel repair/reprogram, device replacement/repair, resolving low voltage circuit troubles and system testing.
Organize and effectively apply technical resources, information,material,andsupporttoassureefcientexecutionof all assigned tasks.
Candidate must possess excellent written/verbal communication and outstanding customer service skills.
Position involves the programming of re alarm, security, and access control system panels.
Completeandsubmitallrequiredtask-related,activity,productivity,andotherdocumentationinatimelymanner.
On call and after-hours work required on occasion at customer need.
Whatwelookfor: High school diploma or equivalentrequired.
Possess valid CFAA Certification.
Tech Savy Minimum of 2yearsexperiencewithrealarm, with various vendors (ex.
Notifier, Chubbs Edwards, Siemens, Mircom, Simplex) A good working knowledge of computers is necessary.
Microsoft office Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions as well as completing reports.
Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 25 lbs.
Able to work in unusual and sometimes difcult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to40feet,workingwithinducts,crawlspaces,aboveceilings,etc Ability to work exible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements.
Overnight travel may be required.
Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
Maintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs.
Abilitytoadhereto,implement,andfollowsafetyguidelines and procedures at all times.
Strongorganizationalskills,positiveattitude,andanability to learn quickly.
Possess a validdriverslicense and driving record that meets company requirements.
Retain any licenses that are required by National, City and Local codes.
Ability to work individually and also in a group setting.
Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams andspecications.
