Job Description
The Senior Release Management Analyst coordinates and improves enterprise technology releases, ensuring safe and efficient deployment across various teams while minimizing business disruption.
This role emphasizes collaboration, risk management, process improvement, and the integration of automation and AI technologies.
• Enterprise release coordination: Manages software, infrastructure, cloud, and platform releases across multiple teams, facilitating planning, readiness reviews, and communication to ensure governance compliance and minimize risks.
• Risk management and governance: Identifies and communicates release risks and dependencies, coordinates mitigation strategies, escalates issues appropriately, and supports post-implementation reviews to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Process improvement and operational excellence: Drives continuous enhancement of release management standards and processes, develops insightful dashboards and metrics, and promotes alignment with related IT practices to foster operational accountability.
• Automation and AI integration: Identifies automation opportunities using workflow tools and AI technologies, designs AI-assisted workflows, collaborates on intelligent automations, evaluates emerging AI platforms, and promotes responsible AI adoption to enhance release quality and efficiency.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years in Release Management, Change Enablement, IT Operations, ITSM, Program Management, or related technology roles.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 Change Enablement and Release Management best practices.
• Experience coordinating enterprise releases across teams, applications, and platforms.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, Dev
Ops, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.
• Experience with Service
Now ITSM for Change and Release Management.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for work management and documentation.
• Strong understanding of release governance, risk, dependencies, and operational readiness.
• Experience identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Experience building automations with Service
Now Flow Designer, Power Automate, scripting, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Git
Hub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
