Participe aux projets damlioration continue de la qualit et aux autres activits connexes assignes.

Opre un groupe de machines de moulage par soufflage de plastique et les quipements auxiliaires, produisant des bouteilles de manire scuritaire et de haute qualit (KHS, SIDEL, SIPA, SBM ou similaire).

Effectue le traitement des machines de soufflage afin damliorer lefficacit des machines et de rduire les rebuts.

Effectue des contrles de qualit frquents et en temps opportun sur les produits fabriqus selon les normes de qualit tablies.

Assiste les autres oprateurs et le personnel de maintenance pour les rparations mcaniques.

Effectue les travaux de maintenance prventive assigns, au besoin.

Maintient la zone de travail selon des normes acceptables de scurit et de propret.

Complte et classe toute la documentation requise de faon organise et en temps opportun.

Opre les quipements afin de minimiser la gnration et maximiser lutilisation de regranul, purge et rebuts.

Identifie correctement le regranul et les rebuts produits.

Communique les informations de procd au personnel dsign lors du quart entrant.

Assiste les autres oprateurs au besoin.

Autres tches assignes. ------------------------------------------- Understands, follows and enforces all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures and recognized practices.

Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities as assigned Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment producing bottles in a safe and high-quality method such as KHS or SIDEL, SIPA, SBM or similar.

Perform processing of blow molding machines to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.

Make frequent on time quality checks on products being produced from established quality standards.





Assist other Operators and maintenance personnel on mechanical repairs.

Perform assigned preventative maintenance work as required.

Maintain work area to acceptable safety and housekeeping standards.

Complete and file all required documentation in an orderly and timely manner.

Operate equipment to minimize the generation and maximize the consumption of regrind, purge and scrap.

Properly identify regrind and scrap produced.

Communicate processing information to designated personnel on incoming shift.

Assist other Operators as needed.
