**Position Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Developer III to join a collaborative Agile team focused on developing and enhancing business applications and automation tools that support operational processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing solutions that improve efficiency and streamline workflows across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
Design, develop, test, and maintain business applications and automation solutions.

Build and enhance front-end components using HTML, CSS, and Java

Script.

Develop and support backend solutions using VBA, including Excel Macros and MS Access applications.

Create, optimize, and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database objects.

Develop and integrate API-based solutions to support business requirements.

Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Conduct demonstrations and presentations of developed solutions to stakeholders.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and database-related issues.

Contribute to code reviews and follow development best practices.
**Required Qualifications**
5+ years of software development experience.

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Hands-on experience with:
HTML, CSS, and Java

Script
VBA development
Microsoft Excel Macros




Microsoft Access
SQL Server
Query optimization and stored procedure development
API integration and development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively present and demonstrate technical solutions to stakeholders.

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Experience working in Agile environments.

Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Experience conducting code reviews.

Banking or financial services industry experience.

Lean Six Sigma certification or training.
