Responsibilities

- Execute sales objectives for new and pre‑owned vehicles.
- Develop and implement sales plans for the team.
- Contribute to marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Accountable for conversion of ILeads to sales.
- Monitor team performance metrics including sales and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote dealership brand.
- Assist in growth strategy development.
- Curate exceptional client experience.
- Build strong team to execute sales strategy.
- Encourage solid relationships among associates and stakeholders.
- Deliver financial results while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Promote professional development and accountability.
- Champion a healthy and safe work setting.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of automotive dealership sales management experience.
- Post‑secondary education in a related discipline preferred.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting practices, budgeting and expense management.
- Professional and exceptional client service orientation.




- Excellent people management skills (leadership, team development, coaching, mentoring).
- Diplomacy with negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organization and time management.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- High integrity and trustworthiness.
- Detail oriented, self‑motivated, resourceful.
- Results‑driven with entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience using CRM or automotive software systems.
- Understanding of Provincial Safety code requirements.
