What you'll do

- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and deliverables.
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or government-related environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
