This role is with a custom kitchen and cabinetry design company. The role is with the high-end custom home department. You will be dealing with luxury clients, designing and project managing custom design and installation of kitchens, closets, millwork and cabinetry.

- work with client to understand their needs and wants for their custom home kitchen and other cabinetry design plans

- work with company products, fixture and modules to come up with custom layout and design plans

- visit sites to measure and assess space you will be working with. visit sites during installation to ensure quality

- work with AutoCAD daily to design and detail the project

- create construction details for installation

- use knowledge and understanding of millwork and cabinetry installation in order to solve technical challenges, create design within technical constraints

- manage client interactions throughout process, customer service component





- keep track of pricing and product quotes, manage accounting and invoicing for your projects

- manage up to 25 individual projects in one year

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

- Millwork experience mandatory

- 3+ years of AutoCAD experience related to architectural design, must understand construction and details of how walls are put together, building code requirements etc

- ability to communicate clearly with customers and provide robust customer service

- understanding of residential kitchen and home design

- experience with Adobe creative suite, Microsoft office, specifically excel
