Ponoka

Farm is 2500 acres of corn, 1500 acres of barley, 80 acres of Hay, 9500 head of beef cattle.

Job Duties:

- Monitoring animal health

- Perform livestock feeding

- Handling animals, treat health issues
Weaning, harvest crops, negotiate with clients for provision of services

- Operate and maintain farm equipment

- Maintain work records and logs

- Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting, supervise and oversee growing and

- other crop-related operations, perform general farm duties.

Requirements:

- Secondary School (High School) Diploma or equivalent

- Minimum two years experience

Hours of Work and Pay:

- $23/hour

- 40-50 hours/week (may fluctuate depending on the season)
