We are seeking a Family Physician (1.0 FTE) to join our creative team in a fully integrated health service environment. This position emphasizes holistic care, empowering patients through multidisciplinary support including mental health, nutrition, and rehabilitation.

You'll work closely with a diverse team, ensuring that each patient feels valued, safe, and respected in accessing healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and administer treatment plans for patients
- Provide follow-up care in a shared practice setting




- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Engage in clinically related teaching and research
- Support access to social service resources

Requirements:

- Full/Provisional CPSBC License
- CMPA membership required
- CCFP designation or eligibility mandatory
- Experience with marginalized populations is an asset
- Willingness to obtain Opiate Agonist Treatment exemption
