As a Crowd Supervisor, you will be instrumental in driving effective crowd pipeline integration and mentoring junior team members. Your leadership will ensure that workflows are optimized, facilitating transparent communication with stakeholders on shot sequences and deadlines.

This role also involves training and supervising motion capture sessions to capture high-quality performances.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage crowd department for feature film projects
- Solve problems related to crowd integration
- Communicate schedules and feedback effectively
- Mentor artists in crowd pipeline techniques

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum five years of experience in crowd production
- Skilled in Houdini and/or Golaem
- Proficient in Maya required, knowledge of others preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and independent working capability
