As Canada’s leading Indigenous-owned software testing firm, PLATO needs a Senior Scrum Master for a full time on-site position. You will be instrumental in facilitating Agile methodologies, coordinating complex workstreams, and ensuring compliance with project governance.
Your role includes tracking progress and preparing materials for executive updates and program reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies and remove impediments
- Partner with teams to ensure readiness of user stories
- Manage project dependencies and support release planning
- Collaborate with Data & Integration teams on delivery plans
- Track delivery progress and provide status reports
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Scrum Master experience in complex projects
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery tracking
- Demonstrated skills in communication and problem-solving
- Experience with Agile tools like Azure Dev Ops or Jira
- Certification as Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, etc.) beneficial
