Compensation: $79,303 – $104,004

Job Role

- Collaborate with leaders and business areas to identify learning needs and recommend innovative learning solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
- Design, develop and implement, instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning programs using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Procure or develop leadership and professional development programs in collaboration with subject matter experts, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Administer and optimize Sask Gaming’s Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, reporting, learner support, and continuous system improvement.
- Measure learning effectiveness through evaluation, learner feedback, and data analytics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies, AI, instructional design trends, and best practices to continuously improve learning experiences.





Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field. Adult Education, Instructional Design, or Learning & Development certification (or equivalent) is considered an asset.

A minimum of 3–5 years of experience designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating corporate learning and leadership development programs. Experience facilitating instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Work Eligibility

All applicants must be at least 19 years of age, and you must be able to obtain and maintain a Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority – Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
