In this vital individual contributor role, you will report directly to the Director of Commodity Procurement & Market Risk. Your responsibilities encompass managing commodity, financial, and counterparty risks while collaborating with executive leadership to shape the company’s hedging strategies.

You will also play a key role on the Risk Management Committee, providing insights that drive financial performance and risk culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own daily hedging activities for corn, ethanol, and natural gas
- Develop and implement risk policies and procedures




- Manage and monitor derivative transactions and hedge programs
- Lead scenario analyses and stress testing frameworks
- Prepare risk reports for senior stakeholders

Requirements:

- 5+ years in commodity market risk management
- Proven expertise in agricultural and energy commodities
