Job Responsibilities





- Leading and managing a crew of 3-5 on daily lawn and landscape maintenance tasks.
- Performing hands-on work: mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, raking, edging, and general clean-up.
- Safely operating and driving company truck/trailer setups to transport equipment.
- Keeping your sites clean, safe, and on schedule.
- Communicating with clients and supervisors to ensure work meets expectations.
- Inspiring your team, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things running smoothly.

Qualifications

- Valid G Class Driver's License and clean abstract.
- 5+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership or foreperson role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people and job sites.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions.
