Job Description

The community of Shelburne is seeking a full scope family physician to join their family practice network team in the Shelburne Family Practice.

Responsibilities

- Delivery of comprehensive primary health care services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness
- Work toward same day or next day access for the practice population
- Participate in quality improvement and evaluation activities
- Utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) and record all relevant patient details in a provincially approved EMR which is accessible to all collaborating team members
- Physicians will have the opportunity to participate in the inpatient rotation at Roseway Hospital as well as long-term care and emergency department opportunities.
