As part of Convyta's Administration team, this role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including preparing journal entries, conducting financial analysis, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post routine journal entries and account reconciliations
- Process electronic funds transfers and other vendor payments
- Manage invoicing and monitor outstanding receivables
- Assist with year-end audits and prepare GST/PST returns
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in financial management
- Minimum two years of accounting experience
