senior, client-facing consulting role
. You will work directly with CFOs, VPs of Finance, and FP&A; leaders to design, build, and operationalize budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and reporting workflows inside Limelight.If you’ve lived in FP&A;, led planning cycles, built models from scratch, and can confidently run a room with finance leaders — this role is for you.What You’ll Do
Act as the
primary finance advisor
for a portfolio of customers during onboarding and beyondLead working sessions with CFOs, VPs of Finance, Controllers, and FP&A; teamsTranslate messy, Excel-heavy planning processes into clean, scalable FP&A; workflowsAsk the *right* finance questions — not just follow a checklistFP&A; Solution Design
Design and implement:Annual budgets and rolling forecastsDriver-based revenue modelsWorkforce and headcount planningActual vs budget / variance analysisBoard- and exec-ready reportingGuide customers on
best practices

and design decisionsEnsure solutions are not just built — but adoptedCommunication & Stakeholder Management
Clearly explain complex financial concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholdersManage expectations, timelines, and priorities with senior clientsConfidently present recommendations and push back when neededBuild trust — customers should feel “this person gets our business”Collaboration

Required Experience
7+ years
of experience in FP&A;, finance, or finance consultingPrior
client-facing
experience (consulting, advisory, or external-facing finance role)Comfort working directly with CFOs and senior finance leadersAdvanced Excel/financial modeling background (you’ve built real models, not just reviewed them)Experience implementing or working with FP&A; tools or ERPsComfortable leading projects without detailed instructionsEducation & Credentials- Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
