Field Service Representative

The role

You'll be the go-to technical expert across the Lower Mainland dispatching directly from home to service precision industrial weighing and inspection systems. Most of your day involves break‑fix troubleshooting—software interfaces, networking, and electromechanical diagnostics—with structured preventative maintenance rounding out the rest.

Heavy mechanical work is handled by customer millwrights; your value is in sharp systems thinking and clean customer communication.

Requirements

- Field service experience
- Background in industrial equipment service




- Electromechanical background
- Strong troubleshooting instincts across electrical and mechanical systems
- Software & networking knowledge
- Comfortable diagnosing system communication abd interfaces
