The Markham Industrialization Team seeks an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive efficiency in electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies. You’ll manage product structures within SAP while leading DFM/DFA initiatives to enhance manufacturability.

Your expertise in Lean methodologies, specifically Kaizen and 5S, will help optimize workflows and improve production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead industrialization strategies for new products
- Develop assembly work instructions and process flows




- Maximize production throughput and eliminate bottlenecks
- Execute Lean methodologies for workflow optimization
- Manage complex product structures in SAP and MES

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years in electro-mechanical manufacturing
- Experience with IPC-A-610/620 standards
- Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
