About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) to join their team. The successful candidate will be a senior finance leader with a proven track record in FP&A; and corporate finance, particularly within large, complex, multinational organizations.
This role is pivotal in driving the financial strategy, performance, and modernization of the FP&A; function, with a focus on advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools. The VP, FP&A; will be responsible for leading global FP&A; activities, partnering with the executive team to support strategic decision-making, and delivering high-quality insights to shape business direction.

Key responsibilities include FP&A; transformation, business partnering, operational excellence, and team leadership.

FP&A; role at the company should have at least 15 years' of experience in the field, with a solid background in leading and developing high-performing teams. The role requires a candidate with exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, as well as a proven ability to influence and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
Experience in M&A; transactions, including financial modeling and strategic analysis, is essential. The ideal candidate will have an MBA, CPA, CFA, and/or CBV designation, and advanced expertise in financial modeling, planning tools, and data analytics platforms.
