Voyago is hiring 310T/S Automotive Apprentice Mechanic (2nd - 4th year) for our Simcoe Garage. Your Role Reporting directly to the Fleet Manager,

- You are responsible for evaluating and ensuring vehicle safety through preventative maintenance as required and all in compliance with all Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and Voyago's guidelines
- You will utilize parts from inventory or order parts necessary through the Fleet Management software to make repairs
- You will complete repairs in a timely manner
- You will be servicing vehicles in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
- You will keep work environment clean and tidy
- You will complete required reports as directed (i.e. sign-off on driver-initiated repair logs and log books, and PM service logs by division)

Scheduled Shift: Monday to Friday (6:00AM - 3:00PM) Hourly rate: $25.20/hr to $36.90/hr

Requirements Your Profile

- You are registered with the STO as 310T/S Automotive Apprentice Mechanic - must be in 2nd, 3rd or 4th year
- You have ODP certification with A/C experience
- You have experience and working knowledge of light duty diesel repair, as well as gasoline
- You have Superior written and verbal communication skills and sound organizational competencies
- You demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- You have excellent proven customer service experience
- You have a valid G class driving license
- You are a secure driver with a clean driving record
- You can obtain a clean criminal record search and/or vulnerable sector screening
