You will manage the Central Utilities Plant’s operation and respond to emergency situations throughout the UTM campus. If you have mechanical expertise and a service-oriented mindset, this is the right fit for you. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine mechanical inspections and temperature checks
- Perform running maintenance and emergency repairs
- Maintain logs of equipment operations and breakdowns
- Oversee fire alarm and emergency lighting testing
- Collaborate with outside contractors on repairs Requirements:
- High School diploma plus 3rd Class Operating Engineer Certification
- Minimum 1 year operating engineer experience
- Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
