QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certification:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience:

- Minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources experienceOR
- Minimum of five (5) years of clerical experience, preferably in human resources, or in a school setting
- Some experience with Google Suite, MS Office, and Outlook, preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

- Knowledge of state certification requirements and the ability to interpret and apply certification rules and procedures.
- Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing
- Ability to effectively present information to other employees in one‑on‑one and small‑group situations
