We’re looking for a driven, proactive, and detail-oriented Account Director to join our leadership team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing campaigns from strategy to execution, managing our internal team, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and standout results.

About the Role

This is a senior role for someone who can lead with confidence and precision. You will be responsible for managing campaigns across a range of beauty and lifestyle clients, assigning and tracking team tasks using Asana, and ensuring deadlines are met. You will build and maintain strong relationships with top Canadian beauty and lifestyle editors, influencers, and producers, and play a central role in shaping and executing strategic campaigns.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and manage PR campaigns for a portfolio of beauty, wellness, and lifestyle clients
- Serve as a senior point of contact for clients and attend all key meetings
- Assign and manage tasks in Asana across internal teams to keep campaigns moving
- Monitor deadlines and proactively identify and resolve issues before they arise
- Ensure the team is delivering high-quality work on time and on brand
- Maintain strong media relationships with Canadian editors, producers, and influencers
- Ensure pitches are securing high-impact media placements across print, broadcast, and digital
- Jump in to support media or influencer pitching when needed or during periods of overflow




- Supervise and mentor account staff (SAEs, AEs, Associates, Coordinators)
- Review monthly reports and PR timelines to ensure campaign health and transparency
- Collaborate closely with logistics, creative, and influencer teams to ensure cohesive execution
- Contribute to new business development and help refine internal processes

What You Bring

- 5 to 8 years of experience in PR or communications, within an agency environment
- A track record of leading beauty and lifestyle campaigns in the Canadian market
- Strong relationships with Canadian beauty and lifestyle editors, producers, and key media contacts
- Experience assigning and managing projects using Asana or a similar platform
- Experience using SLACK or a similar platform to communicate virtually
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and address them independently
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Comfortable leading meetings, managing multiple clients, and juggling shifting priorities
- Collaborative, strategic, organized, and solutions-focused
- Bilingual in French is a strong asset
