We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team. This 100% commission‑based role focuses on selling commercial insurance policies and driving new business growth.

Responsibilities - Sell commercial insurance policies and drive recent business growth for your book.

- Develop and maintain a prospect list and execute sales planning and business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including visiting customer sites.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate account placement with insurers, leveraging broad market access and internal specialty resources.
- Keep abreast of market knowledge, product and pricing issues, and placement opportunities.
- Gather and document relevant information to ensure customers receive appropriate coverage and service.
- Maintain book quality by adhering to underwriting rules and sound business practices.
- Arrange payment terms for new business and support timely collection of payments.
- Support customers through the claims process with claims advocacy support when needed.
- Travel in and out of town as required.

Qualifications - High school and/or post‑secondary education.





- Valid Ontario Driver’s License.
- RIBO License (required).
- CIP, FCIP, CAIB and/or CCIB (preferred).
- Exposure to Epic is an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance sales experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
