Responsibilities - Financial and manufacturing analyses (margins, variances, costing, inventory).

- Participation in month-end and financial statements.
- Reconciliations, accounting follow-ups, and support for audits.
- Contribution to ERP projects, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Direct collaboration with the controller and the VP of Finance on strategic mandates.

Desired

Profile - About 5+ years in accounting/finance, ideally in manufacturing.

- Comfortable with analyses (variances, inventory, costs).
- Bachelor's in accounting OR solid DEC + relevant experience.
- CPA or on the way to becoming one: big plus.
- Curious, analytical, enjoying understanding “the why”.
- Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude.
