What you’ll do
Our accounts receivable administrator will work within the accounting team to ensure that all receivables are reconciled and recorded. Using our accounting software and Microsoft programs you will ensure that accounts and statements reflect the up to date receivables. The role consists of:
Process all receivables
Reconcile daily cash
Reconcile general ledger accounts
Record and organize accounts receivable invoices in an effective manner
Support payables team with transactions such as tax posting
Run monthly receivable reports
Take on other responsibilities as asked to support the administrative team
What you bring
2-3 years of accounting experience
Experience using Microsoft Office and experience within accounting software
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Robust organizational skills A post-secondary certificate with an accounting designation would be considered and asset Experience within an agriculture or equipment dealer would be considered an asset Pension plan
