- Support daily office management for the Director
- Prepare correspondence and reports, prioritizing communications




- Coordinate the Director’s calendar and arrange meetings
- Maintain filing systems and log FOIPOP requests

- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Three years’ relevant experience in an office environment
