How does the role impact the organization?
Drawing on industry experience in a financial services firm or previous experience in an administrative role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Financial Advisor team and outstanding service to clients. The right candidate is self‑motivated with exceptional administrative skills, has a dependable nature and brings an ability to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team. This position will support a dynamic team who is looking for a self‑starter able to connect with others, has a proactive approach to problem solving and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.
What is the position responsible for?
- Administer client onboarding process including the gathering of information and document processing
- Manage and maintain client information and communicate with clients to update as necessary
- Prepare professional correspondence and reports, documents, and files
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
- Communicate internally with various operational and administrative departments
- Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Manage our WOW client service program

Education and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Post‑secondary education
Licenses and Certifications
- CIRO licensed is an asset

Salary Range
Base salary of $45,000-$55,000 with additional performance and other bonuses/incentives.
Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
