This critical role within the Division of University Advancement involves processing incoming funds and managing donor pledges.

You will collaborate with various university divisions, ensuring adherence to compliance standards while identifying ways to enhance workflow. Your expertise will help create a seamless experience for donors and streamline administrative processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Process donations in the donor management system
- Monitor and reconcile donation accounts
- Resolve data anomalies and discrepancies
- Perform routine data entry accurately
- Implement workflow improvements for efficiency Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years in administration
- Customer service experience in a skilled environment
- Knowledge of CRM software like Blackbaud
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Leverage your skills in administration and donor management to support the University of Toronto’s mission effectively.
