We're Hiring! Experienced Bartender

AGAVE by Imperial is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team!

We're looking for someone who brings great energy behind the bar, enjoys connecting with guests, and thrives in a rapid-paced restaurant. As our bartender, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks while providing outstanding service to guests seated at the bar and bar tables.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1. 5 year of bartending experience in a restaurant or bar is required.
- Valid Smart Serve Certification.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Great personality with a positive & energetic attitude
- Able to build genuine connections with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts.
- Able to handle guest concerns professionally and with confidence.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities




- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following AGAVE standards.
- Provide exceptional service to guests seated at the bar and bar tables.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Follow Smart Serve guidelines and company policies.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
- Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
