What You Will Accomplish With Us

As an Agency Support Representative (Shawinigan), you will be at the heart of the Career agencies' mission :

Welcome and assist clients and sales advisors, in person and over the phone, while providing professional and courteous service

Ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration with the sales force and the Career Support and Service Centre, directing requests to the appropriate specialists when needed

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales force, including advisor contracting, onboarding, integration, and offboarding activities

Support the Agency Director with activity coordination, calendar management, meeting preparation, report compilation, and the implementation of new administrative processes

Contribute positively to agency operations by helping manage office facilities, mail, office supplies, and by documenting processes and tasks related to agency activities What Will Help You Succeed in This Role We are looking for someone who:





Is recognized for providing excellent customer service and understanding the needs of clients and the sales force

Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills

Brings a proactive attitude, strong motivation, and a positive team spirit

Shows autonomy, attention to detail, and adaptability in a changing environment

Has relevant experience in administration, office support, or a related field
