As a trusted clinical leader, you will guide AgeCare’s communities through compliance challenges and operational support.

You will also mentor clinical staff and ensure the application of nursing standards while addressing resident outcomes and care improvements across Alberta, BC, and Ontario. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide interim clinical leadership and support
- Mentor Directors of Care in onboarding and education
- Oversee the application of regulatory requirements
