Co-op seeks a proactive Agro Centre Manager to provide leadership within Steinbach's agricultural hub. You will oversee operations, mentor staff, develop strategic business plans, and ensure exceptional service to clients. - Lead day-to-day Agro Centre operations for profitability
- Develop annual business plans to support growth
- Manage inventory and asset maintenance programs
- Recruit, train, and coach the Agro Centre team
- Provide expert agronomic guidance to customers Requirements:
- 5+ years in progressive agriculture roles
- 3+ years leading technical or qualified teams
- Agriculture degree or equivalent education
- Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation required
- Experience with bulk seed management considered an asset Foster relationships and drive agronomy sales while leading Clearview Co-op’s commitment to community and quality.
