The Training

Designer will report to the Manager of Training Design and is key in developing instructional materials that resonate with adult learning principles. This role demands collaboration with stakeholders to define learning outcomes while managing several projects simultaneously. Your expertise in instructional design and continuous improvement will drive engaging and effective learner experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning outcomes
- Design and develop quality learning solutions




- Manage multiple projects with competing timelines
- Curate learner experiences reflecting best practices
- Maintain relevance and effectiveness of learning programs Requirements:
- Adult/Workplace Learning certification required
- Minimum 3 years in instructional design
- Hospitality or Airline experience is an asset
- Proficient in wide-ranging instructional methods
