- Perform aircraft painting on composite and metal substrates
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, stripping, and sanding
- Document and report aircraft irregularities accurately
- Sign off on completed tasks ensuring proper paperwork
- Provide coaching to junior technicians in the shop Requirements:
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
- Certificate in Automotive or Industry Painting preferred
- Experience in aviation painting highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in English
