Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective clients via telemarketing calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our products and services
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and assessing their fit for our solutions
- Effectively negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce to track progress and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to closing deals
- Conduct follow-up communications to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed




- Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on campaign effectiveness and customer insights

Skills

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients
- Proven experience in B2C (business-to-Costumer) sales or inside sales environments
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques to maximize outreach efforts
- Familiarity with technology sales, including understanding technical products or services
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer interactions
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Demonstrated business development capabilities with a proactive approach to lead generation
- Technical sales experience is preferred, especially involving complex or specialized solutions
