Duties

- Assist the Store Manager in supervising daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee retail sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage merchandising efforts by organizing product displays, pricing strategies, and inventory replenishment to maximize sales potential.
- Handle cash register operations including cashiering, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy.
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees.




- Maintain organizational standards by managing payroll processing, scheduling staff shifts, and overseeing administrative tasks such as budgeting and record keeping.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising or team management experience in retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage customers effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, sales management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for bookkeeping purposes.
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training & development to build high-performing teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in budgeting, time management, and administrative responsibilities.
